Plz Help! How to Copy a Progress Report ?

I just joined the forums and was wondering how do i go about posting the progress reports. It ran for over 10 hours and id like to post it :duh:

Highlight the progress report in the debug box...which is the bottom box.

To copy, CTRL + C at the same time.

Highlight. Hold Ctrl+C go to where you want to paste it. Click. Then hold Ctrl+V.
