Need Help With Subversion 1.4.5

Hey, i looked at the guide to downloading srl 4 and it says i need to download subversion 1.4.5
i downloaded it and on scar when i go to tools then options and click on srl download, i cant click on the subervision option...it wont let me like click it.
Someone said somewhere that you cant download it from that page cause thats a RAR file so where do i download the executable file if thats wht ur supposed to use?

you need winRAR to 'unpack' the .rar file. You can google it if you'd like.

The same thing happens with me!! i have winrar ashould i extract it?

You don't need winrar to extract that stuff if you follow this tutorial:

Helped me out a bunch, follow it through and then go to step 2.
