Difficult. Last time i got a virus, I did System restore. But you can use a virus remover or something i believe to get rid of it.

register and post your problems in either the "infected" sub-forum
or get hijackthis and post your log in the hijackthislog sub-forum.

Its free and they're experts at this. (be patient and don't double post there, because they tend to notice posts that 0 replies over others.)

Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System Restore (on the left hand column).

System Restore basically makes your computer appear as it was a week or so ago (or however long you set it to reset to). However, I found that if you download a program or something, it won't change that. But when I was infected with a fake antivirus-virus (one that gave false reports and led me to links for downloads), I used a system restore and fixed it.

If you have Firefox, get this - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3383

Called 'KeyScrambler'. It encrypts almost every keystroke you do (it shows a little screen when it encrypts but it doesn't show up when logging into runescape, so don't log in there yet). Download and use that untill you find a good solution. (Btw I think this encrypts when you change your password and stuff too so after downloading this you could change passwords)

Why is it so freaking hard for some people to keep keyloggers off of their computers?
This probably won't be the last time you get a keylogger.
Download and install AVG and Ad-aware at the very least.
Both of them are free, and are updated regularly.
Might consider PG2 while you're at it, to keep off spyware.

when the computer starts hold down f8 and wait until a bootup screen shows then pick boot in safe mode with dos or something like that
