Ok, well my copy and paste isn't working. When I go into Scar, highlight something, and click copy it says 'Cannot Open Clipboard'. I had this problem earlier, googled it. Found that I should restart my computer. I did so, and it worked again for about 2 hours, but now it's not working again. When I try to copy and paste something in my internet browser, I click copy (nothing seems to happen, like usual) and then I click paste, but nothing happens (it doesn't paste). If I copy/paste on MS word it does the same thing as in my internet browser (which is Mozzila Firefox btw). I've never had this problem before, and the only things I've downloaded recently are
1) some scripts from here
2) Google WebAccelerator (I guess it MIGHT be that, I'll try disabling it after I post this)
3) A program, I forget by who, that deletes random.dat files (its a DOS thing or whatever. I did run it, but some of the random.dat's it came up with I wasn't sure about, so I aborted it)
Any ideas? (one sec I'll check the WebAccelerator)
EDIT: Ok disabling the WebAccelerator didn't help :\
The only things I have open are
1)Mozzila Firefox
2)Scar Divi CDE
3)Microsoft Virtual PC 2007
Thing is I had all of those open for a while and the copy/paste still worked, but stopped working later...
EDIT2: Hmm, I may have found the problem. I forgot that I was also running AIM (aol instant messenger). But I had closed the window and didn't realize. I had been using it earlier and the copy/pasting was working fine. Then I closed the window and eventually I realized copy/pasting didn't work...now I try to log out of AIM and I can't open it up. It like crashed. (while googling this earlier it also said a program might 'crush' the clipboard if it crashes). Well I don't need it right now, I'll restart my computer in about 24 hours, and see if logging out of AIM would help instead of just closing it.
EDIT3: Ok nvm about edit2...I managed to close AIM and log out, and it still isn't working...
