where to get SRL 4 rev #6????

does any1 know where to get SRL REV #6 or how to get cause i need it for chopybank 1-99 cause else it has bad randoms for me than.
i searched this whole forum and used google but still cant find it.

so can any1 post a link to explain or where to download it

EDIT2: Can't seem to get it right. Search 'subversion' and scroll down a bit to where it says 'SRL 4 released'. I'll try to fix but it probably won't work...
