Let's face it, not all of us are experts are VMs...Ive been in the SCAR community for well over three years, but hell if I know about VMs.

I experimented and got myself a copy of Virtual Machine 2007 by Microsoft, put XP on it, tried running SCAR on runescape after installing the drivers, etc. I did the SRL library and installed everything correctly, but for some reason the SCAR scripts wont start on the VM copy of runescape! Any suggestions? Should I be using another Virtual Machine software and can some1 direct me to a good one? HELP!!!

When you say 'XP' do you mean TinyXP? If not then get TinyXP. I use Miscrosoft Virtual PC and it works fine. Make sure you're giving atleast 200 RAM or so for the VM (default is 128) and that you install Virtual Machine additions.

I think somebody should make a tutorial about how to install VM

There is one good one, by lolpie, but it just tells you how to make them work, not what to do after you install.

It won't start? My SCAR script starts fine and everything. All I do is install SCAR, install Java (and everything from windows updates) and run the script...It runs fine.
