its says your name so FindTalk; would work with it other than that you just have to click " click to continue" once and he gives you a reward to my knowing

You also have to right click him then choose talk-to. Otherwise you attack him.

I encountered this randoms whilst playing legitimately. It is not a big hassle to complete. Like Chaos said, "FindTalk" should work with it. The reward however, was a Security Book which when read, informs the reader of security tips. I am not sure if the "reward" changes, but I got a Security Book after completing talking with the Security guard.

I noticed that if you try to fight him, he has tons of hp (probably like 300?), but you don't get normal experience for attacking him.

Instead of 4 xp per point of damage, you only get 1 xp per hit, regardless of how much damage you do.
