If you're running unsigned there is no random.dat

Under windows XP, it's usually
*:\WINDOWS\.file_store_32
and
*:\WINDOWS\.jagex_cache_32
check those two.

What is a uid? How does Jagex use it to track?

from my understanding (which isnt much as I am just getting back into this), random.dat is the new uid.dat (still check for both tho)
and it stores your user id for each account logged onto that computer, they can then see that you have your macros and main on the same comp, and when they ban a macro they can ban your main too!
uid.dat is no longer used by Jagex. There is random.dat, but I do not know if this is used to keep track of your accounts. This also can not be deleted while running RuneScape. Try it.
