Its alot easier to goto a post / thread you have made and find your name. You will see a blue tick there (used to give rep). If you click on it, it will say.. "You have XX in total" or something like that..

I see many people helping and they are totally wrong on the subject. Also, if we can -rep people for spamming / flaming. Then introduce that any lower than 5 rep = 24 hour temp ban from forums.
