I cant get SRL :/ [Archive] - SRL

Ok so ive DLed Suberversion-1.4.5 and SCAR 3.12 but when I go to Tools>Options instead of showing this http://82.92.130.193/Pictures/DLSRL42.png
it shows this

Did you restart SCAR after installing it? If you did, then I guess you didn't install it right.
