if you don't have ps. you can always look for something simple and free, like Gimp. that's what I use.

Gimp is great.

Couple of months back, I battled a gimp user and they shell-shocked me.

People think PS is WAY better than PS...sure, PS is a bit better, but gimp still has most features that PS does.
