how do i set my script so that it switches to run? and vice versa?

i tried to look in the manual, but there wasn't anything for switching from walk to run. and i tried to search it, but "run" isn't a very good keyword. any help is greatly appreciated

Isn't it SetRun(True);? I'm not sure, because I'm not home.
