I can't get SRL to work

I can't get SRL to work ive installed subversion 1.4.5 and the one with the installation and it says that can't move something in the plugin file...

I have also downloaded the SRL from scar directly and then the subversions and it doesn't still work and every time i try to run a script that i have downloaded it says missing include file something im in school now so when i get home ill send the thing but nothing works do i have to put the file in a specific directory???

So if you can help me please do...

thats for the old srl im using the newest and i found out that when i put the svn folder in the SRL folder and then try to download the updates it deletes the folder and says that it isn't there

probably because you aren't logged on as administrator. or maybe your firewall is blocking subversion/scar or the file (plugin... or something) is read only...
