i got my report card. 3.3 gpa. in my shcool ( and im pretty sure all america ) f= 0, d = 1, c = 2, b= 3, a's = 4. hornors/ap classes everything goes up by one. example b = 4 c = 3. a = 5. minues and pluses are where u get the decimals.

My Quarter grades don't come out until Thurday, but I know its above 3.7.

a kid in my school got a 4.6. hes REALLY smart. he got like one a- the rest a's, in honor classes

I don't get a GPA on my report card.. I get an average percent. Mine is 92.7%

I am in two honor classes science and math. My grades in these classes are considered goo beut are horrable to me both A-'s I should have either A+ or A's because my mom says I should. I am only in 8th grade but highschool is were the grades count. Don't ask from my english grade it sucks (B) (*!*) which is the same grade I have in socail studies except with the plus.

You Can Calculate My Gpa.

i'm taking 4 APs this year and one regular class. I'm only getting one B right now so i have a 4.4. Soon ill bring up that B though and ill be getting a 4.6

Mine is 3.7222. 4.000 is the highest we can get.

Lets see...*does some quick estimations* Are you supposed to use all your classes (electives, etc), or just the four main academic ones?

W/ 'world language': 3.6
W/O 'world language': 3.75

Both approximate, didn't get report cards back yet.

EDIT: History killed me; If I had an A, I'd have 4+. Main problem is that I don't do my current events :p

meh the AP gpa multiplier for my school is only 1.1...so if i got a an A in the AP class it would be a 4.4

this quarter i have a 3.78, who knows what my cumulative is though...

i think i started the year with a 3.5 or a 3.6 cumulative

BLAAAgh, just got midterm grades this weekend. half-and-half A's and B's and one D. D. Man, I hate that class with a burning passion. It's in physics with a teacher from India who is still learning English, so some of the questions on tests and such are SOO confusing. Not confusing as in I don't know how to do them, but confusing as in nobody can understand what they're saying.

Well I'm just in eight grade and we don't get GPAs on our report cards, and we don't have honors classes (or would, for example, being in geometry when there is Pre-algebra, algebra, and geometry count as honors?). But my worst % on report card was 96.7 (with most 98+), so I suppose GPA = like 3.9?

Not all schools use the same GPA standards. In my school, highest you can get is a 5.0, but that number is different depending on where you live. (example, some are out of 7.0) I just realized that we really don't know how good your GPA is if you don't post what the highest is.
Oh, this brings me to my next rant. OMG high school sucks. Ok, middle school I was taking all the hardest classes you can take, and I had A's in every single one and then highschool hit me like a truck. Had by first C freshman year, two C's sophmore year, but this year i'm getting better. My goal is All A's and 3 B's.
