Help! I can't install SRL and no guides can help!

Ok.. I got to Tools>options

Then click SRL download, Subversion Repository, and check out

What happens:

1, do you want to perform a checkout from the SRL Repository?
2, can't find svn
3, couldn't move plugins from SRL folder to plugin folder.

Make sure you at least try to go file-- download srl then file --- download includes.
