How long did you guys take to start or understand autoing?

Basically, How much time did you guys take to start autoing, From the discovery of this website to running a script properly?


It took me about 2 hours to run the first script, but I didnt really understand it until like 3-4 days of working with the site and the program(scar)!

It took me a few hours to actually find Scar after finding sythe ( I first tried those horrible bots where most can only powermine/powercut/etc., no banking). After finding it, I almost gave up on it in a few hours because I was confused of where to put info in and all, but somebody from sythe helped me, and after that, no problemo.

lol i started by googling "runescape cheats"...then i eventually came across Kaitneiks and SCAR...

Took me forever to figure it out, I was a total noob/leecher :redface: probably a few days before i came across a working script...

After Kaitneiks was shut down i quit autoing up until I found this site. I poked around for a week or two and decided that I was going to learn scripting. Took me a while to get it down (a few weeks) and after that it was smooth sailing ;)

eh.. about 1 week maybe 2 (to fully use scar and know my way around the forums) but scripting is, eh a diferent story still =p

I don't know... About 5 days. But NOW I'm learning all of the API's so I can hax with teh scriptz.

I was using SCAR before I even knew about SRL :p .. About a few days of learning until my first (crappy) script :D

EDIT: 1500th post :D ... I seriously have nothing better to do *tear*

In the first 2 hours I ran a script properly.

After the first 2 days I knew how to do a simple powerchopper.

Now I know how to do a proper script. (and I'm doing a falador west smelter + my walker (that is on ß stage.) = apply for member.)

Ps. I've also done many other things that haven't been released. (Because there was better ones already.)

The first SRL script I used was outdated but still worked like a charm, Home's Flax Picker...that was the first time I'd actually used SCAR after quitting it the first time because it was too hard.

me i could say like 5months i logged in srl didnt understand then thought i was going to get banned on runescape so quit then i came back and in less than an hour i ran my script

First site i came across was sythe. I was a leecher and got banned on the first day for posting an infected file. Made an oath that sythe.com are surrounded by ban machine guns, and never to visit it again.

My answer to your question, Took me 2 months to learn scar my first script was a shit auto login. Took me 5 weeks to get a working script. which was GoF's yew cutter :p

i started with aryan. took me 2 days to set up. it died a week and a half later. since first discovering scar to running a script for more then 1 hour, about 2 months
