First i wanna apologie for posting a rule breaking thread...ok my basic question is..what are member pins? are they paypal accounts or antyhing like that with 5US on it?...thx for ur help guys!

I'm not 100% sure myself, but I've heard they are basically a number. Somebody payed for the number, and then they got a number that they have to use to activate membership.

You call a phone number -> they charge you some bucks from your phone bill -> they give you a number -> you apply the number at your account -> you're a member!

You click upgrade to member at runescape.
They tell you a phone number
You call it
It tells you a 'PIN code'
You enter the pin code
And your a member for a month
These can be bought at most runescapse sites with black markets like sythe.org and stuff, but its very risky business with all the scammers around .
