Got a little problem with subverison 1.4.5

Oki when i take download on the subverison 1.4.5 in srl forum i get in in a winrar file. I try to extract it but it wont work! ive tryed about all i can, even to uinstall and dl it, still i get a file insted of a exe. file!


Can like somone send me the file or help me??

I think I understand how to go about using this tool.... but when I use the link supplied it goes into the folder and won't connect to it ... I have tried many times and just get stonewalled everytime ... not really upsetting I think somehow i have gotten the most recent version but just looking ahead for when there is an update.:)
