Cannot play RS after a while.

After about one hour on my computer, and i go to the Runescape Main Page, it comes up with this error:
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

and it stays with that error until i shut off my computer, and turn it off at the power point then turning it back on.

Does anybody have any possible reasons/answers?

there is something wrong with your internet connection

are u using a router

best thing is tocall your ISP (internet service provider) and tell them the problem
