I've seen over five of those, and whats the point?

They have ent finder copied from SRL and then they dontinclude it so they won't get a duplicate identifier error?

Why not just include it the woodcutting.scar and use it from there?

@NeG, could be, but isn't, SetupWoodcutting doesn't include any bitmaps or dtms, and the functions in there are same as you would have them in your script, so I don't think its about memory. + also, everyone who I have seen with this strange thing have been beginners, they don't think about memory things.
