ok i downloaded that but when it says goto options then the download tab, i cant click on subversion repository whats up with that?

i already downloaded the subversion. its just when im done downloading it do i extract it to anywhere? or what cause i extracted it to my desktop and the thing still didnt let me click it

why is mine in a .rar file.... and the one from the vid is a .exe????
