What the Vista?

Hey people I need to change my OS cuase Windows Vista is a ***** but when I insert my Windows XP Install CD the installing option is just unavailable, what should I do?

If you restart the pc with the XP cd in it should give you the option to reinstall. If not, make sure that the bios has CDROM as the priority boot device

BIOS has nothing to do with OS, unless your OS corrupted your BIOS.
