which 3.1.2 version of scar do i use?

on http://freddy1990.com/archive.php it shows 3.1.2, 3.1.2b, 3.1.2c, etc. which of them should i download? im reverting back to a 3.1.2 since 3.1.3 doesnt work with many of the scripts
