WTF happened?

I was in the mage arena using Sp0rky's auto enchanter and i died some how. I lost my hat my cosmic runes and when i got a new hat it had no points on it... WTF?!?!

You either got a random that the script didn't catch and it killed you, or nothing else. Anyways, once you lose the hat, all the points on it are gone forever. You have to regain everything.

but i only had my hat my cosmic runes and my earth staff... then i was in lummby with my staff and 2 blood runes

Staff > blood runes > death runes > cosmic runes > pizazz hat

Stack-ables don't count as one item, if you die with only 1k runes on you, you only keep 3 runes.
