Questiong about Macroing

Does Jagex respond to reports or do they just have a simple way of indicating who's macroing. If they do have a simple way of who's macroing, why are there SO many lvl 3 bots! Sorry if this thread was already posted.

If you click on the exact same spot too many times (because it finds the certain colour) they can detect you. If the recieve multiple reports of macroing on seperate occasions they will investigate. If you fail to do anything or just click about randomly when faced with a random event they can also discover you. However, the bots are getting harder and harder to dectect and there is hundreds of them. That is why there are still lots about.
