I think you need to install VMware tools, then set "use seperate mouse cursor"
I think thats your solution

You sure you installed Vmware tools? It's supposed to be 2 DIFFERENT computers running at the same time ....

Install VMware tools (Click VM --> install VMware tools while the machine is running). It automatically creates an invisible cursor (That exists) which Scar can still move.
It may be a little freaky at first, but mind you, there is a cursor moving, and it's not like using SCAR's invisible mouse - It's undetectable so don't worry, there's a cursor there, you just can't see it.
There is no option to use a separate mouse cursor in my VM tools (latest version) so I'm not sure what that does assuming that option is available.
