After some solid hours of reading through everything and everyones scripts etc etc.

im still not 100% positive I understand.

Im here to learn and to share.
Id like to get into this script making thing and also learn how to use them correctly.

But from what I gather Jagex has made it difficult to use certain scripts.

I ran a script last night the uhh (PowerMiner 3.05) on Runescape and it logged me in and all which was, well very trick you had me at the login process.
But my character stood there and didnt mine??

lol im so confused on how this works.
Im keen to learn and to share my findings as well so any help is greatly appreciated
Is there a TUT i can download on how to fully create scripts for noobs

In short. The Script logs me automatically and thats it. just stands there.

the problem your talking about is just setting up SRL.

there should be some tuts that will help you with setting SRL.

but for making scripts... thats a different story.

you can always look up the tuts for differing ways to use functions or so.

in short, a script should have...

1. player arrays ( where you would set up your players)

2. various functions and procedures that would make the scripts do things ( this is usually the hardest part of the script)

3. Anti-randoms, this is used to "solve" some of the randoms that pop up in Runescape.

4.Anti-ban, these things are used to make your botters seem more human like both to other players and to Runescape.

5. Progress Report (optional) , this is optional but its used to allow other people give feedback on your reports.

6. Mainloop, i cant stress this enough, this is where you use everything above and make a loop out of it so the script repeats its action. However, you have to make sure that you dont make infinite loops else if anything happens to your characters, they will do thing such as mine when they dont have pickaxes (automatic - ban if it continues for more than an 1 hour or so).

thats as simple as i can put it.

I do not think so, the truth often lies in the hands of a minority, to the future we will think this is wrong.
