Need help with SRL Tried Everything!

i need help with downloading SRL ive done the subversion and it says could not move SRL to plugins folder so then i downloaded an uploaded includes folder which by the way didnt work so now im getting pretty pissed off because i want to make a script so bad but i cant without SRL so please help.

ok it started to work afeter being an administrator but now it still says cannot move SRL to plugins folder but shows this also

Flippy that means ur missing a certain .dll folder. and you need to fis it theres a thread on it which well its this one and so ya....

flippy. ive been gettin the same thing for some reason, i had it working fine with 3.12 but then i downloaded 3.13 and it did this
