is there anyway to transfer from 1 non members account to another cause it wont let me trade more than 3k wealth so i cant transfer from any of my wcers

yes... goto the grand exchange, put up your items to sell for lowest price, then go on your main and buy for lowest price, then on your main offer then for the max, then on your autoer buy'em for the max... repeat! lol :p
