Bitmap Converter Error

I upgraded to Scar 3.13 and I'm trying to install REV 9. I get an error in the command prompt which says it cannot convert the bitmap because access is denied. I tried it on Scar 3.12 and I didn't get any error, and it installed fine.

My firewall is allowing it, whats happening, why can't I use 3.13 to install SRL?

Yeah I'm running Vista because I'm cool and I have a good computer unlike all the noobs who bitch about Vista who have shit computers.

I am running it on Admin Privileges, it's my own computer. Any other ideas?

I had an error, and I was asking someone else to help me out, and nobody did, so I kept trying and I fixed it. I think that qualifies as having a brain. So your statement is false, you are not helpful to people with a brain. And all people have brains. So your officially not helpful. (To people, you might be helpful to like a mouse or something.)

Double Posting: Basically a noobs way to get a higher post count.

have you not noticed that vista is a simplified xp for dummies?? lots of functions have been taken out / made automatic, so u cant chose certain options,

its just looks nicer than xp thats all, and i never said single core was better than dual core if you read my post,

if you went into the SRL FAQ section then you would still see this thread at the top without double posting, it doesnt disappear if you dont click on it...

No, Vista is not much simplified. It is simplified in the aspect of visuals so things are easier too find.

No shit it doesn't disappear. It moves down the list of threads. If you haven't noticed, most people look at the top of the list and look thru the TOP threads. Not the ones in the bottom. So if you post, and only if you post, the thread gets "bumped" back to the top. So people will look at it again. If nobody posts the thread goes down the list.
