you really should just do it your self.

if absolutly need be, windows has something like this built into it.

go to
my computer
then right click on your drive
then click on disk cleanup

Doing stuff manually is dumb :p

CrapCleaner (http://www.filehippo.com/download/91d3b585c87e9a61236a9f922b94aadb/download/) (CCleaner) is safe, and is customizable. Though do be careful if you use the registry cleaner thingy in it.
