I dont think thats needed, Or i have never used that Exe, So i dont think its that bad if u dont have it. SRL will work just briliantly without it.

yep vista is a the prob look in tuts for setting up scar srl with vista its not an srl prob its you not useing the seach button first !

Yep, usually vista is not friendly with SCAR. Just read through some tutorials. I know my vow goes aginst this post but I had to since you didn't even know its "SRL" (SCAR Resoure Library) not "slr" ...aaaa SCAR Library Resoure lol.
