error: Couldn't move the plugins.. ON XP!

Hello,

After alot of frustration i decided to start a thread.
When I want to update with the subversion thing I get the error Could'nt move the plugins from the srl folder into the inlcudes.

I dont know what to do anymore, i have looked into all other threads/stickies, but I still got this problem.

Summary:
-I have looked into every other thread to find the answer!
-I have always runned scar well, quitted for about 5 months. I decide to install everything again.
- I RUN XP, NOT VISTA ( I know what the problem is then)
- I have this problem on my 2 pc's!
- THey havent had any earlier version of scar on it!
-Thats it.

Someone told me to manually install srl 4.
But how the heck do I that? where can i get the srl 4 download file?

I got same problem and im getting really annoyed tbh :p and it took awhile to get correct link for the subversion thingy too ;P
