Cant make Exes,open saved stuff..

Umh... i got a portbale version of VB 6 and it works but when i open a file or wana make a exe it just says error send or dont send report -.-

why bother with portable version? i just put my vb6 on my usb and carrie around... works fine. and i don't have to install it
