working behind a proxy server

Im a network admin in a secondary school and i have lots of machines at my disposal. The problem im having is we are behind a proxy server so SRL wont update or anything like that, i hope you know what i mean, its not like a firewall issue as i have disabled the network firewall and still got the same problem. IT wont download the includes or work with SRL.


Just wondering if anyone had a solution to help me out.
