I was bored so when in PS and put red and black white colours on the picture and used my speical Wave :O and turned into this:

Hermpie, I feel sry for u, always a bad thing to say.. to bad hes banned to see this but i think its nice and that kinda effect (the going away) effect is what im doin in school.. with houses like a street o/s :D

Tell me how you made this. I'm going to give it a shot.

You either made a gradiant or took that red/black background that you can see in between the strips of white with it's opacity down (in a new layer on top of the background) Added a layer before the strips of white but after the main background and made that white circle in the background. Downloaded a font, chose red. But how'd you get that black bevel/shadow around the letters?

Completely wrong, all i did was put red black orange and a few other colours around the screen till is was full and went to Filter > Disort > Wave. then edited the thing and made it look like that.

For the letters right click and go to blending options and muck around till you find something nice ;)
