Get TinyXP, it pwns.
[/ThisIsWhatYouShouldDo]
Disable UAC.
And get VMWare.
And why should a virtual machine program need access to the keyboard layout dll??

n3ss3s you should set your user status to administrator and in the the properties of the item you want to move or modify, find and click administrative permission.....i hate vista, xp ftw.
