How do i change my slave drive to a master drive??

ok so the problem i'm having is i'm trying to switch, what my computer recognises as a slave drive to a master drive.

Can anyone help me switch my slave drive to maxtor master drive??

change the jumper on the HD to master(or 'cable select' will work), and make sure its on the master end of the cable. Its pretty easy.
