Never had this problem before. On one of my LAN'ers CS 1.6 will run on one core only, no matter what I do. Its AMD X2 5000 Black. No matter what drivers I install it will not fix the problem. It needs to run on both cores because on one core it runs 100% of that core, and lags! :O
I have tried AMD's patches and drivers, none of them worked. Any way to fix it besides?
