Yeah, it best to say "Google it noob" or "Wrong subforum" etc...

But I just want to ask...

Does anyone knows why my Sandisk cruzer crossfire USB device(2 GB) gives me "the parameter is incorrect" error when I try to copy *.mp3 files from USB drive to my computer.

It worked before =/

Windows XP, SP2(If you want any more info then just ask)

Please don't reply with common answer "reinstall drivers" or something like that.
Reply if you know the real problem.

Lots of people are having it, mostly on Vista, also on Sandisk homepage, didn't found anything what should help me.

Hope that someone replyes =/

Thanks in adavance.

Is it a U3 device ? (Just wondering ... if so, try to remove that)

Did you also try formatting the whole drive?

Are you sure it's compatible with your OS? Sometimes you need a CD that comes along with it. (My USB came along with a CD so you can use it for Windows 95(God knows why you're still using 95...UPGRADE!))

It is possible that some sectors of the Drive have gone corrupt. It happens if you remove the drive while it is transferring data.
