Allways get this error

Just got my new laptop and it has vista, and is my first time using SCAR. When ever i try to run a script i get...

Line 59: [Error] (234:11): Unknown identifier 'CreateTPAFromBMP' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.14\includes\SRL/SRL/Core/Math.scar


Any help?

i also got his on my new vista but i was to lazy and decided to use my old comp i dnt think scar is vista ready yet

Vista is not SCAR ready ;) Just run SCAR.exe as Admin.

Right click it, then click 'Run as Administrator'. Allow it and you have run as admin ;)

I ran as admin and it still didnt fix it I still get compile errors.

did the plugins move when u updated thru svn?

Harry, you should know stuff like this.


Nobrow and others, the reason is that you haven't downloaded the latest plugins, or moved them to the plugin folder. Close scar, do that, restart, have fun.

Perhaps it's not your computer but the script ? I think there are a few [TUT]'s on how to get SCAR vista compatible :)

I get this error all the time Line 98: [Error] (1175:1): Identifier expected in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.14\includes\SRL/SRL/Core/GameTab.scar

Help please ! Scar 3.14 All script's give me that error i installed srl etc.. fine with repository and everything worked before!

have a look at line 98in gametab.scar and see what needs to be fixed, or post line 98 and someone will show u how to fix it
