Need help! (command prompt)

Ok.. so I downloaded something that ran a CMD and now when I reboot my pc or turn it on I get a ''Shutdown -s -t 12'' wich will shut down my pc in 12 secs if I dont go to CMD and type in ''Shutdown -a'' so.. how do I kill this?

Start --> Run ---> cmd ---> shutdown /a

Also try SafeMode to disable startup programs.

Look Under Start --> Programs --> Startup Folder

Delete the offending bat file.

run "msconfig"

click the "Start Up" tab

deselect the offending application.
