So, unsatisfied with my google searching, I ask you this: Which is the best weapon selection for Halo 3, and which is the best class selection for COD4.

Personally, here are mine:



COD4:

Primary: AK47 (Silenced OR Red dot scope)
Secondary: Silenced pistol
Grenades: Flash/Stun
Perk 1: Flash/Stun * 3 OR Bandolier
Perk 2: Double Tap
Perk 3: Martyrdom OR Steady Aim OR Dead silence


Halo 3:

I don't play much, but I do like these:

Slot 1: Assault Rifle/Maching gun thingy
Slot 2: Plasma Rifle... (Noob combo)
Grenade: Plasma, brute
Equip: Bubble shield or deployable cover.

But anyway, heres another good one I came across:

Primary: Barret .50 Cal
Secondary: Auto-Shotgun/Skorpion
Grenades: Flash
Perk1: Bandolier
Perk2: Overkill
Perk3: Steady Aim


Personally, I think the .50 is massively over-powered.

Primary: M4 Carbine (AGOC Scope [Only cause I SUCK with the red dot scope])
Secondary: P90 (AGOC Scope Again)
Grenades: Stun
Perk1: Bandolier
Perk2: OverKill
Perk3:Steady Aim


My Personal Favorite. I know the Red dot Scope doesnt take accuracy away and the AGOC scope does, but Im absolutley useless with the Red Dot.

You say the .50 is overpowered? Thats because you unlock it at Lvl 49. It also has huge recoil. I prefer the R700.

No, I'm not talking about sniping with it, I'm talking about walking into a room and hosing everyone down at close range with it. Now that, for a sniper rifle, is over powered.

Completely opposite to you, I can't stand the ACOG scopes much. I prefer the red dot or nothing.

Primary: Silenced AK-47
Secondary: Silenced anything
Grenades: Stun
Perk1: Bandolier/C4x2 (Without Bandolier, you will run out of ammo fast)
Perk2: Double Tap (Not recommended UAV Jammer, AK-47 shoots slow)
Perk3: Dead Silence/Deep Impact

Its awesome, especially in HQ, if you plant some C4 near the entrances to the building. When the guys start coming in droves double hit X and get like 10 kills.

Well, I've been a bit adicted to halo lately so heres what I think are the best weapons for halo

Weapon Slot 1: Shotgun
Weapon Slot 2: Grav Hammer
Grenade: Fire
Equip: Trip Mine (loads in a pile kills many :D)

Slot 2: Shotgun or Sniper Rifle. Depends on the level
Grenade: Plasma
Equip: i never use it, but i would say Bubble shield is what I would prefer if I had to chose

Equip: Bubble Shield or Shield Drain (Level Depending)

Regular Frags are nice depending on the situation, but its only about 25% of the time IMO they can be more useful. (Frag / Battle Rifle combo)

All ACOG scopes are 150 kills... Except on the snipers. But thats just gay.

Primary: Silenced AK ('cause after playing on the computer, got to admit that AK has best sights I always complete it's chalenges first)
Secondary: Some gun, silenced
Grenades: Stun
Perk1: C4 x2/3x frag
Perk2: Sonic boom
Perk3: Matyrdom
