SRL is - like u hopefully know - Scar Resource Library. And Subverision is a program that let u download the newest srl by opening scar and go File -> Update SRL, without subverision you had to go here and download it manually.

EDIT: Scar alone is not really good for autoing on runescape, but with srl you get many new functions that makes it better and easyer to make scripts.
