Error In DOS Window (Checking out SVN)

When I checkout the subversion repository it runs fine for the first minute or so, then I get this:

Can anyone help me at all?

are you installing SvN as the admin of the PC?

Yep, only account on the computer.

Right click on scar. and ''run like admin''

or instal scar instant of C:\program files\scar 3.14
in C:\scar 3.14

im having this problem im using vista i right i and press run as admin then tried again but it comes up with the bitmap problem what do i do?!!!!!!!!!!

Vista seems to sure have problems with stuff like scar and others ......
but yah thanks dude had same problem :P
