Use alertpay. Bux.to accepts it. I think you have to send them like a bill or your license to get verified.

i have a bank account but paypal wont accept it for some reason, it says i need to verify my account but to do that i need to enter my bank account. so its just a continuous cycle :( . I have alertpay, haven't used it. But as soon as I get $10 on bux.to or bux3 I'll transfer it to my paypal and get rs membership!

Only if there were a way to downgrade from premium to personal. In premium PayPal account, the maximum allowed to send is $0 while in personal the maximum allowed to send is $500.
