Where do i get this?

SMART get's automatically downloaded with SRL.

However, if you are missing either the .scar or .dll or both, go to www.srl-forums.com/srl-repos/ and download them from there.

i think it might be coz i have Scar 3.14 not 3.12 and i have jst come back to Srl so im jst reminding myself of everything lol

You are supposed to have 3.14 - did you download SRL at all?

it said i did. I went from the file options on the drop down bar on Scar 3.14 and downloaded it there but i dont think it has.

ive tryed again but nothing happens this time.

is there a direct link to srl 4 download?

Go delete that one - it's not like you make another one when you don't get immediate help, people might have other things to do than sacrafice 'emselves to the General Help section - go to Tutorial Island -> How To Auto and follow the tutorial by Dark_Sniper about how to install SRL 4 using SvN.
