Option2 LAG

Is anyone else having a problem with LAG when you use the Option2 procedure to search for text?

Since the latest RS update this procedure is lagging like crazy for me. I finally changed it to a FindDTM and now my script is lag free again.

well option2 uses GetTextAtEx, which apparantly uses a lot of memory, i cant say iv had lag because i normaly use IsUpText or IsUpTextMulti, they use IsTextInArea, i think the best soluton for you is just to change every Option2 into IsUpText

i get lag when I use Clickoption. It's just in SRL 3.0->. I have SRL 2.4 and i doesn't lag in ClickOption.

Yea me too. It is accurate though, and you don't get a bunch of runtimes.

IsUpText lags alot less. I've tested it before. But IsUpText gives me alot of runtimes alot of times. So I never use isUpTextMulti.
