Here are my favorite applications for Windows -

Multimedia Apps from DVD Videosoft (http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/)

These range from Youtube Downloaders to File type converters. Here's a list of what they have -

* YouTube to iPod and PSP Converter 2.9
* Video Dub 1.3
* Audio Dub 1.3
* Video to Flash Converter 3.2
* YouTube to MP3 Converter 2.5
* DVD Decrypter 1.3
* 3GP Video Converter 2.5
* Video Flip and Rotate 1.3
* YouTube Download 2.1
* YouTube Uploader 2.1
* Video to iPod and PSP Converter 2.5
* Video to iPhone Converter 1.4
* Video to MP3 Converter 2.9
* Video to JPG Converter 1.3
* YouTube to iPhone Converter 1.4
* Studio Manager 2.2

Camstudio (http://camstudio.org/)

This application is much like Hypercam, but is completely free for download and use. It is pretty user friendly. For those of you who don't know what Hypercam is - It's an application that acts as a camera for your computer screen.

Spybot Search & Destroy
(http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html)

Spybot S&D is an application that scans for spyware, adware, hijackers and other malicious software. It has been very reliable (for me) and the nice thing about it is that it makes sure you gave permission to every little thing that could be a security threat that your computer does. And to accept or deny it, you just have to take half a second to click the 'Allow' or 'Deny' button.

Pandora's Jar (http://www.villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27517?t=29979&highlight=pandora)

Pandora's Jar is a handy tool that lets you 'Grab' music from the online radio, Pandora.

Mozzila Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/)

Yes, I know most people use it already, but if you don't, download this right away and forget about IE forever :) Firefox is better than IE in every way. It also has great 'Add-ons' that help you do your every day stuff.

Trillian (http://www.ceruleanstudios.com/)

Trillian is four Instant Messengers put into one. Tired of having four different applications eating up your computer? Merge them all into one with Trillian. Trillian supports AIM, MSN, Yahoo, and ICQ.

Trayit! (http://www.teamcti.com/trayit/trayit.htm)

Trayit! is a useful program that helps you keep your privacy. If you're doing something you don't want others to see, quickly conceal it when they walk up behind you by holding Ctrl and clicking minimize. It minimizes itself into your taskbar and will come back out when you click it.

Scar (http://www.freddy1990.com/scar.php)

If you don't know what Scar is.....

You won't wake up tomorrow morning
Feel free to close this if it's against the rules in any way :)

Now onto hearing YOUR favorite apps for Windows!

BlueTooth Remote Control - Control your PC from a bluetooth deice (I use my phone). Has some great apps like iTunes Controls, etc.

Google Earth Pro - Check out the world

AVG Antivirus Pro 8 - Antivirus, my preferred choice

Internet Download Manager - Speed up downloads, download in parts and bulk, queues etc.

Your Uninstaller 2008 - Completely remove apps from yoyr computer

Altris Software Visualisation Admin - Install applications to new layers on your PC. When you're done with them, remove the layer and all files / registry keys etc which were installed with the program disappear. Think a Keygen has a virus / installs files to your computer? Open it on a new layer, grab your key and then remove the layer

Borland Delphi 7 - Used to develop programs and plugins

VLC Player - Best media player out there

Alcohol 120% - Trick your computer into thinking that the ISO file on your computer is actually on a CD and the CD is in your drive. Burn ISOs onto disks if you actually want them on disks

ConvertXToDVD - Burn movies to DVDs so you can watch them in your DVD player

Macromedia Studio 8:
1. Dreamweaver
2. Flash
3. Fireworks - Web building, Flash building, Picture Editing. I don't like the CS3 versions of these softwares

MS Office 2007 - I'm actually really impressed with this

Ooh, nice apps guys. I especially like Internet download manager - it got me a 26MB file instantly instead of having to wait 5 secs. Too bad it's only a trial though :\. Your Uninstaller seems sweet, but I can't find a trial for it :\. And SUPER sounds awesome, downloading now :)
