While running a simple script used to bury bones, i get a
File Access Error
I have set the Filewall and Firewall to allow all; to no help.
This script is self-made; dont rule out stupidity xD!

Did you save the script? If it is not saved, you get errors because it is saving into an unknown location :) Save before running.

I'm sorry my friend posted this for me-- its using his little script, and all he does is DeclarePlayers and LogInPlayer.
The DebugBox states a "File access error"-- nothing else.
Once logged in; the script runs into a Runtime Error Linking to line 227 of script Login.scar
I'm sorry I dont have the script; I had called up my friend in order to get the above information.

If all else fails, try running it multiple times in succession. Occasionally scripts that work really well normally for me throw that error out (I don't know why, and I don't really care). Trying to run them a couple times usually fixes my problems.
Edit: Are the players set up correctly?

without the actual script it's impossible to tell where he's going wrong..

Do you remember how he included the file?
And prisoner, we can still try our bestest ;)

...hy71194 and senrath were right; it was both his fault and his luck that caused the script to crash; he sent me an email with the script saying it "just started working"-- and it works for me.
Sorry to waste your time, my friend and I are learning scar "simultaneosly" (Envy my spelling...).
Thanks again for the help, and I believe that he more than likely didnt save it; when I made a new script and didnt save it, copying and pasting his... "script" (not even 200 lines long xD) it did not work; giving an error I assume was the same as the one he had.
If one of you all could confirm this; make a script using SRL's Login procedure LogInPlayer, dont save it, run it, and see if you get some-odd runtime error (Line 227 of Login.scar)
Thanks; GOOO CHICKENS (I'll make a decent script to post sometime or another...)
P.S. How badly does this website lag for all of you guys?

It works fine for me without saving - what Scar version are you using?
Also, the site lags a bit, but I use a load of tabs anyway when posting etc. so I'm ok

it takes anywhere from 1 second to almost instantly to load every page, it depends on the traffic, i dont envy your spelling, i envy your spell checker :P
